Mr. Kishore Pal Singh, Chairman
Mr. K P Singh is the former Managing Director of Tata Projects Limited, a closely held company in Tata Group. Prior to that, he held various managerial positions in Indian Railways culminating with Managing Director of Rites Limited, a public sector company affiliated to the Ministry of Railways. He has vast experience in the field of construction and project management, both in India and abroad.
Mr. Narayan K. Jagasia, Vice Chairman
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Bombay University. Mr. Jagasia also holds a degree in law. He has over 40 years work experience in construction field. He has worked with Larsen & Toubro and Hindustan Petroleum in senior positions before promoting Artson Engineering.
Mr. Arun Kumar Misra
Mr. A K Misra is a graduate in mechanical engineering from Calcutta University. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in Power Plant Engineering, Turbo Machine and Auxiliaries from Paris and fellow-membership of Indian Institute of Engineers. He has a very rich experience of nearly 34 years in Premier Power Plant Organisations, both in India and abroad. He has been associated at various stages in the design, construction and commissioning of Thermal Power Plants totaling to nearly 4000 MW. Mr. Misra is presently the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Tata Projects Limited.
Mr. Hoshie H. Malgham
Mr. Malgham is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Malgham joined Tata International Limited in 1963 and retired as an Executive Director in June 2001. During his tenure with Tata International Limited, he acquired considerable expertise in international trade and finance. He has twice been appointed as a non-official director of Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India Limited for 2 year terms. Widely travelled overseas, Mr. Malgham has participated in a number of Business Delegations and Joint Business Councils including as a leader of some delegations organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
Mr. Michael Bastian
A Chartered Accountant by profession with over three decades of banking experience in various managerial capacities and culminating as Chairman & Managing Director of Syndicate Bank from 2002 to 2004. Prior positions include - Executive Director of Vijaya Bank from February 2000 to 2002 during which period officiated as CMD for a period of 7 months. Started as an officer in Union Bank of India and rose to the level of General Manager in 1995. Was the regional head and also the head of the Bank's London operations. At the top management level held various key assignments including international operations, treasury & investment, merchant banking and HR management. Presently heading M. B. Associates, a consultancy firm which undertakes financial restructuring and other financial advice.
Mr. Shashikant Oak, Special Director
Mr. Shashikant Oak holds a degree of B.A. (Economics) form University of Delhi and a Diploma in Development Finance from University of Birmingham, UK. Mr. Oak has very rich and varied experience in the areas of public finance and development economics. He has held various important positions in Ministry of Finance, Government of India and in the year 2007, he superannuated as the Controller General of Accounts (CGA) from the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
Mr. Prakash S. Chopde, Executive Director - Manufacturing
A Mechanical Engineer from Pune University and MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Mr. Chopde has over 35 years of experience in Design and Construction. He was working with Lube India Limited and Hindustan Petroleum before promoting Artson Engineering.
Mr. P. V. Varghese, Executive Director
Mr. P V Varghese is B. Sc. (Hons.) Engg. from Calicut University and AMII (Chem.) from Mumbai. Mr. Varghese has more than 3 (three) decades of experience with Tata Projects Limited (TPL). Mr. Varghese, prior to his deputation to the Company, was heading Oil, Gas and Hydrocarbon (OG&H) SBU of TPL and has very rich experience and deep knowledge of OG& H Sector not only in India but also in International markets especially in the Gulf and Middle-East countries. It was under his leadership that TPL’s OG&H SBU could successfully complete many prestigious contracts.
