Manufacturing Excellence
Our advanced manufacturing facility at Nashik is ASME (U, U2, S, R, NB) certified and geared for the production of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, reactors, explosion-cladded equipment and floating suction assemblies. We bring specialized metallurgical expertise across Titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Cupronickel, SS super duplex, Awesta, Aluminium, and all grades of SS and CS.
Our 7-acre Parli Unit, strategically located near Navi Mumbai Airport and JNPT Port, commenced commercial operations in early 2024. With a monthly fabrication capacity of approx. 650 MT, the facility supports manufacturing, fabrication, and shipbuilding subassemblies. With improved infrastructure and workflow stabilization, the facility is now equipped to fabricate approx. 650 MT of steel structures per month.

Shipbuilding & Marine Structures
Artson has steadily emerged as a competent player in shipbuilding and marine platform fabrication, blending design precision with globally benchmarked fabrication techniques. Currently, shipbuilding project is executed in a leased shipyard on a Project-to-Project basis at western part of India and are planning to have long term facility for shipbuilding and docking facilities.
