Nashik Facility – Certified Excellence in Process Equipment Manufacturing
Our Nashik manufacturing unit is ASME-certified facility with U, U2, S, R & NB stamps and specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality static process equipment designed to meet stringent international and Indian standards. The facility has established expertise in fabricating complex and critical process equipment, including Steam Drums, Pressure Vessels, LPG and Propane Bullets, Buffer vessels for Oxygen, Argon, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Ammonia, Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride applications, piping spooling, Special purpose reactors along with custom based specialized equipment’s like floating suction assemblies, skid mounted units, shell and tube as well as gas to gas heat exchangers manufactured using all types of exotic metallurgy for demanding industrial applications.
With proven capabilities in exotic metallurgy fabrication, the Nashik facility caters to projects requiring superior corrosion resistance, high strength, and advanced material performance. The unit’s expertise in manufacturing special alloy equipment enables it to support critical applications across industries where material reliability and process integrity are paramount. The facility also holds key approvals including EIL, PDIL, IBR and CCOE/PESO (Nagpur) for Cryogenic and Non-cryogenic applications.
Spread across 10,950 sqm with a covered area of 3,015 sqm, the Nashik unit is equipped with advanced engineering and fabrication capabilities. The facility utilizes tools such as PV Elite, HTRI, Nozzle-pro for design and AutoCAD 2015 for drafting, supporting accurate design and execution of complex process equipment’s.
We have proven our expertise in Explosion cladded process equipment’s during last 10 years and we executed almost all types metallurgy for explosion cladding including Hastelloy, Monel, Super duplex, duplex, Titanium, Inconel, all types of stainless steel and carbon steel grades.
Located within an established industrial ecosystem, the facility has seamless access to NABL-accredited laboratories, NDT service providers, galvanizing and powder coating units, and machining centres, enabling precision-driven manufacturing of conventional as well as specialized equipment involving exotic metallurgy.
Certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 45001:2018, the facility demonstrates its commitment to quality excellence, environmental sustainability, and occupational health & safety.
All jobs undergo rigorous third-party inspection by reputed agencies such as LRQA, BVIS, PDIL, TUV, CEIL, MECON, BHEL, NTPC, TUV-NORD, IR CLASS and other authorized inspection bodies, ensuring compliance, reliability and performance across diverse industrial applications.
Parli Facility – Integrated Heavy Fabrication & Modular Engineering Hub
Our Parli Facility, located in Taluka Sudhagad, Raigad, is a modern, multi-modal fabrication hub spread across 7 acres, strategically designed to serve Western and Southern India. It offers end-to-end fabrication for Structural Steel, Shipbuilding, Process Equipment, Storage Tanks, Pipe Spools, and modular industrial assemblies.
Parli Facility is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 and consistently delivers predictable results.
With a current monthly capacity of 600 MT, scalable to 1000 MT, Parli Facility holds 87,120 sq.ft of covered fabrication shed with 6,727 sq.ft dedicated area for blasting and painting. The facility also has around 71,000+ sq.ft of open storage yard.
