Nashik Facility – Certified Excellence in Process Equipment Manufacturing
Our Nashik manufacturing unit is ASME-certified with U, U2, S, R & NB stamps and specializes in the production of static process equipment that meets both international and Indian standards. The facility is equipped to fabricate complex equipment such as Steam Drums, Storage Vessels, LPG and Propane Bullets, and pressure vessels for gases like Argon, Nitrogen, and Oxygen. It holds key approvals including IBR and CCOE/PESO (Nagpur).
Spread across 10,950 sqm with a covered area of 3,015 sqm, the Nashik unit uses advanced tools like PV Elite for mechanical design and AutoCAD 2015 for drafting. Located in an established industrial ecosystem, the facility has seamless access to NABL-accredited labs, NDT services, galvanizing and powder coating units, and machining centres – supporting precision-driven fabrication projects.
Certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 45001:2018, the facility is committed to quality, environmental sustainability, and occupational safety.
All projects undergo rigorous third-party inspection from reputed agencies like LRIS, BVIS, PDIL, TUV, CEIL, MECON, BHEL, NTPC, and others.
Parli Facility – Integrated Heavy Fabrication & Modular Engineering Hub
Our Parli Facility, located in Taluka Sudhagad, Raigad, is a modern, multi-modal fabrication hub spread across 7 acres, strategically designed to serve Western and Southern India. It offers end-to-end fabrication for Structural Steel, Shipbuilding, Process Equipment, Storage Tanks, Pipe Spools, and modular industrial assemblies.
Parli Facility is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 and consistently delivers predictable results.
With a current monthly capacity of 600 MT, scalable to 1000 MT, Parli Facility holds 87,120 sq.ft of covered fabrication shed with 6,727 sq.ft dedicated area for blasting and painting. The facility also has around 71,000+ sq.ft of open storage yard.
