Life at Artson

I have been working at Artson since 1998. I joined here as a GET for the LPG bottling plant machinery division to handle the production part. Here, I got good exposure to work in different sectors like process equipment, pre-fabrication of large diameter storage tanks, erection and testing of critical double-wall tanks, business development activities, and then back to process equipment at Nashik. Today, I am independently handling the factory. Every day here is adventurous with lots of new learning. This makes me feel happy and connected with my work.

I joined Artson in 2010 at Nashik, under the guidance of founder member Chopde Sir and other seniors, and got an opportunity to execute an order of around 5 to 6 crores in the Nashik plant. The Management has a broad vision and thought process, which is resulting in the continuous growth of Artson. Every day, sharing my experience helps our juniors, and guiding them makes me feel satisfied and happy.

Joining at Artson has filled my life. I got the meaning of my existence. Working here is a dream come true. Every day we have much more to learn from such a smart and knowledgeable team and seniors.

As the newly appointed CEO & Wholetime Director on board of Artson Ltd., I am both honored and excited to embark on this transformative journey, which commenced in January 2023.

My decision to join Artson resonates deeply with my aspiration to contribute to the ‘Make in India’ initiative and aligns seamlessly with the values I share with the Tata Group. Working as a Management Trainee in HR at Artson Limited has been a great learning experience so far. I’ve had the opportunity to be actively involved in key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and policy implementation. I have been working at Artson Limited for some time, contributing to one of the prestigious Adani projects located in Guwahati as a RCM.
