Life at Artson

I have been working in Artson since 1998, I joined here as GET for LPG bottling plant machinery division to handle production part. Here I got good exposer to work in different sectors like Process equipment’s, Pre-fabrication of large diameter storage tanks, Erection and testing of storage of critical double wall tanks, business development activities and again back to process equipment’s at Nashik. Today I’m here handling Factory independently”
Everyday here is adventurous with lots of new learning. This make me feel happy and connected with my work.

I joined Artson in 2010 at Nashik, Artson’s under the guidance of founder member Mr. Chopde Sir and other seniors and got an opportunity to execute order of around 5 to 6 corers in Nashik plant. The Management has a broad vision and thought process which is resulting in the continuous growth of AEL.
Everyday sharing my experience to helps our juniors and guiding them makes me feel satisfied and happy.

Joining at Artson has filled my life I got the meaning of my existence. Working here is dream comes true. Everyday we have much more to learn from such a smart and knowledgeable team and seniors.

I was thinking twice before accepting the offer from Artson, but after joining here I can say that I took a right decision. Working here is pleasant and all the teams are closely knit. One will find more friends than just colleagues. Everybody is happy to help anytime. There are challenges but they help you learn navigating out of them. We are on a growth path and I’m confident that we will achieve the desired results. Personally, I have learnt a lot here. We fight, we smile, we fall, we rise, we play and we pray. End of the day, we are a family.

I was joined Artson as a fresher in the year 2008. My journey from a Trainee Engineer to Deputy Manager (Lead Planning) is incredible. The exposure and guidance I got here has shaped my abilities so deeply rooted in my work that today I am handling many projects at Nagpur Factory. Every day, here in Artson the momentum of employee engagement with concern like sustainability, diversity and inclusion make the work meaningful.

I am always looking for challenges as they push me to grow and do my best.  I have been in Artson for over a half a decade, and it brought me new and exciting opportunities in SCM & Logistics in manufacturing & projects where I could achieve substantial saving on total cost of projects. I have been working in project HR & IR function since 2019. AEL is highly process and employee friendly policy oriented company. AEL’s L&D platform help to upgrade employees skills as per organization requirement & industry trends.

Artson engineering is a good place for work, as an employee of Artson, I face numerous challenges in working or maintaining our system at project site, but apart from that I enjoy my work & feel more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before.

Hello, Myself Mr. Suresh Thakur started my work as a daily wage worker under a sub-vendor and during my work I learnt a semiskilled job “Grinding” and I was doing well until one day I met an accident unfortunately, and in that accident, I lost one of my finger(Index finger). Due to this I lost my job but in these dark times M/s Artson came up and supported me in providing a job in the year 2008 as store assistant. Since then, I never looked back, as Artson has supported me in every possible way, I loved being working here, my seniors and staffs are guiding me and they are supportive too.

I am extremely great full to this company for helping me in difficult time.  I am fortunate to be an employee of this company. I Love my company.
